A fresh zesty hot sauce made with onion and limes to brighten up any dish. Add mango for a more tropical feel!
We came across many versions of this sauce during our Galapagos trip. It was simply referred to as "hot sauce," so I'll just call this Galapagos Hot Sauce. Some people mixed in tomato juice, mango juice, and even lentils for a strangely satisfying creamy version - the possibilities are only limited by your imagination.
